Joe answered all of our questions and addressed every issue. He was able to investigate a substandard appraisal done by a VA appraiser and get the appraisal adjusted to the correct market value. The original appraisal could have been a deal breaker. Joe was able to fix it and get satisfactory terms for our loan.
