Joe and his team made the entire process transparent and frankly very easy. He was extremely communicative and worked with me outside of business hours to ensure I was taken care of. As a first-time homebuyer, I'm really thankful for how seemingly easy the process was made for me, albeit I'm sure Joe and his team were working furiously behind the scenes on my behalf.
