This is the second time I’ve used Joe and Kayla for a property and both times have been awesome. Like everyone else, I’m constantly busy and work keeps me pretty bogged down. Joe and Kayla are always there with a quick email or call to give me the high level details of exactly what I need to know. They laid out the numbers so I could make quick decisions. Wouldn’t work with anyone else. If you’re buying a new home or looking to refi - these are the folks you want on your team, hands down.

Joe and his team do great work. They are always available to answer any questions and/or concerns. They get the work done so fast. His team works well together and they are super communicative. We've bought 3 homes over the last 9 years and have done 2 refinances - all with Joe. I wouldn't work with anyone else!

Team Spisak went above and beyond to get us closed on our home. We were referred to them after a different lending company took over 2 months of stalling and were unable to close. Joe and Kayla had our loan closed in 15 days! We were kept informed and if we had any questions we could reach them anytime by phone or email. Their website was very easy to use and navigate .
