My wife and i sold our brand new home in waterbridge which was a self seller but we utilized a realtor for the MLS exposure. Joel's communication was very poor and was very timid when it came to negotiating. I don't understand why communication would be poor selling homes in myrtle beach which is a small town compared to big places such as Texas , LA etc. Some realtors get ahead of themselves because they hire assistants and forget they are working for you. Protecting you with the purchase and a builder that wanted to increase your price due to wood prices increasing, we were able to complete the home well below market value.
