We had an issue with changing my name on the documents and had to wait until all of the documents were corrected to close. However, it was corrected immediately and efficiently. That is the only issue I've ever had with Atlantic Bay. Otherwise, they do a phenomenal job, and I'd still recommend them to anyone I know!

Entire process was handled in a timely fashion, all questions thoroughly answered, and all communication was done cordially and with great professionalism. Buying a house through Atlantic Bay was a very good experience and would definitely use them again!

My experience with Atlantic Bay has been excellent. I started last year with the process of purchasing a home. I successfully completed my process and Joel Ridings was excellent to work with. Joel helped us buy our second home when the economy wasnt so hot.
