I think it might be helpful if you had a chart which showed which documents you need. Then when the documents are received - the chart shows they were received. Also it would be helpful if you put in projected settlement date. I suppose our situation was not the norm as you all were operating under the assumption that we didn't have a mortgage on the Annapolis house.
