Constant communication and always had a response for my questions
Being kept informed of process from day 1
It was a long process but we were kept up to date weekly on ever phase of the process. They made every effort to get us to the closing date on time .
I felt that I was getting e-mails from too many people rather than communicating with one person! I also felt that in the past everything was paid at closing (maybe that’s the times). If I remember correctly taxes, insurance, appraisal, survey was all paid at closing! And it seemed like it dragged on for ever!
Quinton made it easy, fast, perfect and wonderful to work with, he did not make it stressful at all and everything was pleasant. He was communicates so well and everything was just easy for us.
