We were first time home buyers with no knowledge or experience and joel and team kept us informed and updated through the home buying process.
It was a very time consuming and never ending process

Good communication and willing to explain process
Joel was always available no matter when I called him. As someone who works 60+hr work weeks. I need that time flexibility to have my questions answered so that I could feel comfortable with my home loan. Typically, I try to work with two lenders at same time. Joel and his team were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had regarding our loan and the lending process. We really appreciated this as first time home buyers. The ONLY issue that we had is that we did not get our final disclosure until less than 24 hours before closing, which worried us a little bit, but they were able to still answer any questions very quickly. All in all we would highly recommend Gold Financial Services.
They delivered. Joel and team helped us close on our home, on time without any surprises... Above and beyond. There were a hand full of times where buyer concerns were beginning to weigh heavy; timing, price, etc. Joel would make time to actually listen to my questions or concerns and help me work through scenarios to ultimately help me feel confident in the decisions we were making.
