Great experience with Joel and his team. Answered all my questions, worked with us as we went through multiple offers and buydown scenarios. The one glitch I'd suggest for improvement is that we had a new disclosure issued due to a calculation error in the Guaranteed Rate system, and we weren't notified about the error or the new disclosure. I only noticed there was a new document for us to sign because I accessed the portal for another reason.
