I was the listing agent for the buyer that Joella was providing financing for. The transaction did require quite a bit of creativity and needed a little more attention than other deals. Joella and myself are very strong willed women so at times we may have butted heads, however, Joella was focused on providing the best service to her client and getting the deal to closing.
