Joella was always updating me about my home status. Her team isn’t as friendly as she is. Her assistant sucks! Don’t speak to no one else but to Joella bc Benson. The town square app really helps you with exactly the documentation you need or what is still pending. Get everything in writing don’t trust word by mouth. My realtor Lorene Viquez is the best! She made it possible for many of us to buy our dream home.
