Communication is the most critical part of a transaction & this is not an issue we only experienced with Townsquare but rather with all lenders. I didn’t actually work directly with Joella so it’s not fair to say this about her. I’m just suggesting be the lender that keeps everyone in the loop and not guessing because not knowing is frustrating.
