I am writing to thank you for the quality of service provided by you and your team. I sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail, and the accountability you have demonstrated. A huge shout out to Joella Benson, Sandra Carrasco, and Jessica Ramirez for shepherding me through this process and keeping my nerves in check, and being able to close me in "23 days" from choosing a house to closing. This was absolutely the best service.
