They act like there is two kind pain med. And you have to suffer with pain cause if rations. Don't want to hardly give you pain meds. Everybody is not tweakers. There are truly people in pain.

Doctor initially disagreed with exam results, then went back on his word and agreed with them, causing confusion. Doctor also mentioned how the only possible surgery would be difficult, and that "[he] didn't know how [he] would do the surgery."

This was a pre op visit. The doctor can in and asks what questions do you have? I was really hoping he would tell me a little about what to expect. And maybe a little compassion on everything was going to be okay.

Billing department is poor. Called right before surgery and was told to pay $3394 which I know was wrong but paid because they said they would credit it right back. 11/12 and still not credited!

Doc said I'm done with my sling. Yet in the notes it said continue using. Physical therapy (with doctorate) said where is your sling? I told him doc said I was done with it. We looked up on my health on line he said continue wearing?WHAT?? Physical therapist said you should wear it at least 6 weeks after surgery ( not two) The day 1 1/2 I did not wear it my shoulder hurt a lot! Kept complaining to my wife. I still have zero explanation of why my biceps was not put back to its original position. I still have zero explanation of why it was moved to the furthest spot possible on my humerus in the first place after the first surgery. The muscle is still balled up after my surgery and I have No explanation why. I want a written report as to why.

Dr Tweet was obviously not pleased with ultrasound of my shoukder. He wanted MRI. He literally grumbled he couldn't get results from "that facility." It was done at Sutter Imaging, Roseville Parkway. Same place he ordered the MRI!!
