The restaurant was beautiful, but very poorly lit. It took 40 minutes for us to get the garlic bread appetizer that we ordered. We asked twice before we had to complain to a manager about that. Our entrées came about 15 minutes later, and were fair at best. The service was off the charts with regard to being in attentive. I don’t see myself coming back here again. 
Food was good, but the service was poor. Took 30 minutes to seat us in an empty part of the dining area, appetizers came before our water, and the order was incorrect. Was told the reason was due to not having enough staff, but even then the service continued to be poor. Our waiter walked by our table a handful of times but never communicated any delays from the bar or kitchen.
Unfortunately we did have a good experience. I had made reservations for 7:45 and they kept us waiting for a good twenty minutes even though the restaurant was empty. They proceeded to seat us upstairs which was a huge mistake. They completely forgot about our drinks and took a over an hour and a half to take our order.
