JOEY is one of my favorite restaurants in the city- they've always delivered when it comes to the quality of their food. JOEY Bell Tower specifically offers a more 'energetic' environment. Mood lighting, louder music and conversations that flood the room. The staff are very attentive and friendly, ensuring that you always have the best experience.
