JOEY is one of my favorite restaurants in the city- they've always delivered when it comes to the quality of their food. JOEY Bell Tower specifically offers a more 'energetic' environment. Mood lighting, louder music and conversations that flood the room. The staff are very attentive and friendly, ensuring that you always have the best experience. Service was exceptional. The price of the food and drinks has gone up significantly. I had a Long Island Ice Tea that even if the price was not higher the size was significantly smaller. The appetizers are very expensive did the amount given. We’ll go elsewhere due to the costs.
