I m very disappointed, my server disappeared halfway, the next server brought half desert after a long weight. That’s not it when she returned she didn’t have desert utensils with her. My order was hand pressed burger and I was charged for something else on receipt. Instead packing 2nd server threw the left overs; I m not take my clients or family to Joeys.

Horrible service right here from Jacob. I've been here many times and always were friendly stuff. But Jacob is just a piece of art. Disrespectful attitude and bad service. I hope next time he will not be on the shift.

First time visit and was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Had 3 people try and take our drink orders and still got it wrong and didn't receive all drinks until 1 of us had to go to bar to remind them we've been waiting for an hour. Then had 2 people take our food order and the food came out wrong. Then requested to speak to manager and this young woman who has no idea how to speak with customers, rolled her eyes and said she felt she was being yelled at.
