Joey is fantastic and the main driving force in this transaction. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of response from the title company but Joey would always step up and go out of his way to get me answers and get things done. I highly recommend using another title company due to their lackluster response and inability or unwillingness to put effort into learning how to use the work number website.
