Overall we had a great experience and the manager Brynn was wonderful to ensure we were well taken care of for Mother’s Day! To be honest the morning did not start off well when I found out the Mother’s Day brunch was cancelled ( with less than 24 hours notice ) and I was not happy- and the management leadership team should look at how this all went down for their staff dealing with the folks about this marketing flop( clearly false advertising!) Our dining experience at Joey’s Crowfoot was fantastic as usual. Our server Lily was amazing and enhanced our dining pleasure. The steaks my wife and I ordered were cooked perfectly, just as ordered.

We went to Joey’s on Mother’s Day for dinner, it was incredibly busy and it took extra time for us to be seated even though we had a reservation. It was definitely hectic but we knew that was because it was a special occasion. The staff definitely tried their best to accommodate us and although the food took longer than normal it was still good. This restaurant is in some serious need of cleaning and renovation. The bathrooms were unkept with mysterious stains above the urinals. We sat in a booth, and the upholstery was well used. And there was dust visible on sills beside the booth. Drinks came in unusual sized glasses with a small cocktail glass for my son’s iced tea which was later replaced with a pint glass and later again a small cocktail glass when we asked for spoons for dessert we were given soup, spoons, which we then asked and were replaced with teaspoons... read more

Our experience was great! Our server was very attentive. Everything was exceptional even with the magnitude of parties coming in and out for Mother’s Day weekend! Minor miscommunication about refills of soda when multiple people were helping us and ended up with more sodas then needed but on our end, better to have our request fulfilled than have them forgotten.
