The food was great but service was very slow and it wasn't even that busy. We were served cold beer. And we had to ask a separate server for our cheque.
Always a great experience here. The staff and food are awesome!!
Lovely greeting by the host,, server Tumi was very personable, kept track of timing of our order as we had theatre tickets! We had a great conversation with Josee when she delivered our wine. And on top of that, the food was delicious!
First time at a Joey restaurant and was impressed by the entire experience.
We have always enjoyed Joeys other locations, our first time at the Eaton centre location, service was disappointing. Our service was lacking, no attention to our table, she was around the other tables regularly and felt like we were an afterthought. We were seated promptly and order taking promptly, after that did not see our server, had to find her to pay after 45 minutes of sitting and waiting. Joeys is normally a great experience.
our server, Brooke, was really lovely and attentive. I always enjoy my meals at Joey's. the restaurant lighting is extremely dim which is nice for ambiance but challenging to read a menu for anyone over 45. I look forward to visiting again
Our waitress, Brook, was AMAZING!!! So attentive, accommodating and entertaining. It was very busy and short-staffed due to the storm but Brook made it all happen and kept us all happy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ for Brook!
My server was amazing and she really made sure everything was perfect for the evening had an amazing time thanks to Jessie my server
Everything was perfect from the service from our waitress Nadine, to the food and the visit to our table from the chef. We were there for a Valentines Dinner and Joey's didn't disappoint in any way. Just an excellent experience...
