Had reservations but seated in bar area upstairs. Received appetizers which were good but then entrees arrived at all different times and other than the first one everything was lukewarm to cold. The potatoes wrapped in phyllo were no longer crispy but mush exterior. We exceeded our time limit because all food arrived so late
Disappointing service very slow which is rare for joeys.
Met a group of friends here on Saturday night and was disappointed. Took 25 mins and three requests to get a glass of wine despite the rest of the table getting their orders. One meal was delivered wrong. Server changed three times, and many servers could be seen in a corner on their phones. Hopefully just an off night?
I used to live across the street from a JOEY location. The food was consistently better. The last two visits to this location have been disappointing.
My executive stated it was good but super expensive … $30 for a lunch bowl! 😊
I ordered the Smoky Paloma as a cocktail and it was so hot it was undrinkable. I had 2 sips and my lips were burning and I felt nauseous. I asked my husband to try it and he agreed it was too spicy to drink. We told a waiter and they said they would replace it. They did, without the spicy peppers ( and I do like spicy so this was truly unpalatable.) We arrived at 6:30 and were having our drinks finally at 7:22. Food was good but somewhat overpriced. There was hair in my food. I did get my food remade but I think I should have gotten it for free as well.
Although food is excellent, prices are getting a little outrageous...$29 for a raw tuna salad! on top of that, tax and tip so $50 for a 5 oz glass of rose wine and $29.75 for the salad.
Long wait for drinks once ordered, server was not present for most of the night.
