We had reservations for 6:30 PM and did not have to wait long. We were greated with a complimentary sparkly wine while we waited. The greater and the server were exceptional. The Ribeye steak was tender, however a little too salty. The house salad was very good.

We went there for a couple of birthday celebrations, and this team at JOEY went above and beyond from start to finish…. Even finished it off with a personalized Happy Birthday card from the team and of course a delicious birthday dessert. If you want the best experience with epic service and delicious eats… go there!

I had such a wonderful experience at Joey Kelowna, I was visiting from Vancouver and had the pleasure of being assisted by the manager Ashley, she went above and beyond in making sure our experience was great, we even got a dessert at the end to cap off our great evening. Thanks Ashley!

Dinner out with friends. The variety on the menu provided interesting options and the food was fantastic! However our server, Turner, made the night extra special. The restaurant was very busy and yet he was prompt, professional, took the time to provide suggestions and all with a smile and a laugh. We had a wonderful evening! Thank you.

We come here very often and usually everything is wonderful and the servers are exceptional. Luckily the manager Kayla saved the experience as our server Anastasia was not pleasant or hospitable from the get go. We came for lunch for my husbands bday. Our food was never checked on, my husband asked for another drink and instead of getting it for him she turned to the table behind us to speak to them (they were obviously friends or neighbors based off the loud conversation) and my husband was left waiting for at least 5 minut... read more

I was kind of disappointed I booked a booth in bar early and called to confirm they said yes arrived no booth n bar sat in dining okay but ordered the mushrooms we get all the time they bitter spicy

Valentine’s Day lunch was lovely. Friendly service, inviting but not too overwhelming ambience, and great food! Throughly enjoyed time there.
