I was excited to try this Restaurant. I made reservations for Joey at 9:15p.m. on a Saturday night for my Husband and I for a celebratory dinner. We arrived right at 9:15. It took us a moment to figure out where a host was to check in. Once checked in, the host offered us complimentary Champaign which was nice. We finally got seated at 9:30, which I was fine with. Chicken lettuce wraps all filler and barely any chicken .. mistakes on order in general
The food was outstanding and great! Had a great experience with the steak and sushi and apple pie dessert. It was quite upsetting to see the scandalous outfits the waitresses wore and would appreciate if management had their team dress professionally.
Food good but restaurant was very noisy which made conversation imposibe.
Service was terribly slow and food was mediocre for value.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE waited an hour to be seated because the host had cancelled our reservation . They kept seating people who got there after us and I had to talk to the manager to get seated because the host couldn’t even help with that . Never dining here again
I’ve loved this restaurant for years—mostly for the vibe, which is still great—but last night’s experience left me really disappointed. I ordered one of my usual favorites, which normally comes with grilled chicken, seasoned vegetables, rice, hummus, and a variety of flavorful toppings. Laughably terrible. The worst experience that I can recall from any restaurant. Every single staff member was rude and grumpy. The hostess rolled her eyes when we arrived. They delivered our drinks with a scowl. Our waiter changed sections and we were left alone for 30 mins before some one else came. We left before even ordering entrees. You couldn’t pay me to come back.
We ordered several rounds of drinks and when we requested Don Julio the server said all they have is 1942. We said we don’t want that because we know how expensive it is and it’s just going until a mixed drink anyway. When we got our check a few 1942s were on the bill anyway bring the check to $350.
