Waterstone was extremely fast and ultra professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again. They went the extra mile and when I compared the bottom line numbers with another lender, was much more reasonable. You cannot beat this team!

We had to do our loan long distance. At times it was very confusing and Joey was always available to answer out questions. Joey answered our questions in a way that was easy for us to understand. He made follow up phone calls every week and was good to email everything we needed to be aware of. I would recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage loan.

Joey walked me through a mortgage refinance during a difficult time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and he worked very hard to ensure that the process was pain free for me. He communicated very clearly to me the steps of the process and the required documents I needed to provide. My refinance closed without any issues.
