I don’t usually write reviews, but the level of service Rachael provided absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment we were seated, she made the entire experience feel effortless. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Our server Dani and the manager upstairs were amazing. Just the food wasn’t as good as I remember. Not a fan of their new menu.

We had a wonderful night out at Joey's Sherway location last night. Our server Liz E provided amazing service and helped surprise our friend for her birthday with dinner, drinks and cake. We don't often have a chance to see each other so thank you to Joey's for making our time together special!

I had an amazing experience. Our server Ariana was amazing. Ariana made sure that our refills were filled in timely manner. The best gesture was when she learned that it was my friend's birthday 🎂 Ariana brought in a surprise sweet desert for us to celebrate. Thank you for an amazing experience for both of us.

Food was great and came out pretty quickly. Service was extremely slow. Drinks arrived after 1 hour, had to repeatedly remind. They were out of stock for most of the zero proof drinks and no one came and informed until we asked(1hour and 30mins later). Servers were too busy and management wasn’t able to handle our large party. We ordered sushi and the rice smelled staled and weird. Had to sent it back.
Food was great. It was our son’s birthday and they brought him cake out at the end. A nice meal!

 The Service wss slow and lacked consistency. No sure I would recommend
