I ordered a specific wine. Without telling or asking, they substituted if for an inferior wine. It was a date so I said nothing until my date went to the restroom. The wine steward did nothing to remedy my disappointment.

We really liked our server Eve. She was so pleasant and genuine. My husband and I celebrated our 15 wedding anniversary and she was such a good host. She is professional, kind and warm. Definitely a keeper!

This was my first time at Joey's. There was a bit of a wait despite having a reservation, however it was made up by the friendly staff and an offer of champagne while I waited. This was for my birthday and we had Matthew as the server..he was the right amount of attentive and was fun to chat with. Matthew was a sweetheart and added to the experience for me. Food and service was great. The staff were are kind and pleasant! The only setback was the loud group that was seated us next to us

JOEY Sherway marked my third visit to a JOEY location, and once again, the experience was nothing short of amazing! The consistency in service, food quality, and atmosphere keeps me coming back. For our mains, my friend enjoyed the JOEY Classic Steak, while I indulged in the Steak with Lobster—both perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Food and experience is consistent. We were seated right away, but I think our server was spread a little too thin. we had to track her down for two critical points in the meal 1) we are ready to order and have been for 10 minutes 2) we need to pay our bill
