Parking is tough- this is attached to Sherway Mall. Most of our table spent a LOT of time trying to find a spot so think twice about lunch. Once inside, reservations were a good idea but you cannot reserve a table outside of the lounge for some weird reason. Service was OK- it was busy, our waitress took a while to get to us, we didn't have cutlery or napkins for quite a while after our first appetizers arrived though there are chopsticks on the table. Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the atmosphere and ambiance was a beautiful way to celebrate Girls Night.

We (5 ) enjoyed the ambiance and food. The bill was mixed up at the end and I had to pay twice and then get a refund for one incorrect invoice. I still need to confirm the mix up on my VISA statement.
A very pleasant experience, especially the service. While waiting for our table we were offered a glass of Prosecco.

Food and service consistent at all locations i have been to
Waited a while to be served… very noisy! Difficult to have a conversation… music should have been Christmasy. Server did not ask us if we wanted coffee or dessert. Just brought the bill. Food was very good. Service… not so much!
