A gracious welcome with complimentary champagne set a lovely tone for the evening. The hostess was poised and attentive, and service throughout was polished yet warm. Each dish reflected thoughtful Pacific Northwest and island influences — fresh, balanced, and beautifully presented. The chicken katsu salad was exceptional. A sophisticated and memorable dining experience.
