Better than expected for a chain at a mall. They have a good happy hour. Service was underwhelming and totally distracted

This was for a lunch date with a friend. My original reservation had been for a week earlier and I had noted it was my friend's birthday on the OpenTable online reservation form, but I had to delay the lunch by one week, and forgot to remove the birthday comment. When I arrived the very friendly receptionist mentioned the birthday note on my reservation and asked if it was for me or my guest and I clarified that the birthday had been the week before and was over.
