My experience with this lender was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I often felt as though I had a better understanding of the details than the lender did or that information was being withheld. There were constant inconsistencies in the numbers, along with a lack of proper verification of third-party information. Communication was also a major concern. Direct Lending was awesome! They communicated every step of the way. They listened and was patient with me as a first-time home buyer. I can't be happier with the whole process. Would use them again in a heartbeat and will be referring family and friends! John is the best!
