John was great to work with. His rates were as good as anyone else’s. The application process was extremely fast and smooth with constant feedback about status. I actually closed within three weeks of contacting John for the first time. GRA has a great online system for uploading documents and the Flash Close process allowed me to review and sign documents ahead of time making the actual closing take less than an hour. It’s hard to imagine things having gone any more smoothly.
John's extensive knowledge of mortgage products helped me pick one that leveraged the limited resources I had available to purchase the home of my dreams. John is always available, highly communicative and responsive and does what he says when he says.
