John and his team worked hard to make my close happen. Because of their hard work, we were able to close smoothly and at the time required. I found the Fairway group to be the most efficient company to work with when getting a mortgage. Unlike banks which have literally taken 4 months to complete a mortgage, John's group had every done and the closing wrapped up in 7 weeks. They explain everything thoroughly and guide you through the process.
