John came and gave me an estimate really quickly and Joel did a great job with the installation. I am very pleased with my lights. There was minimal additional damage to the ceiling. However, the scheduling was a bit frustrating. Slow to follow up and was just scheduled for a time I was not available without checking with me first, so then the burden was on me to contact them to reschedule and further delay the project.
Cost estimate was accurate.... techs very knowledgeable, polite and couterous. Project was completed in a timely manner... very professional.
