John was there whenever we needed him to explain anything we had questions about. He made sure that we understood everything he was telling us about our loan. He also found us a loan that had one of the lowest interest rates in the current market. He was always happy and helpful and brought a smile to our face every time we seen him. He also said if we have any other questions even after our closing to call him and he would make sure we understood was going on.
