John and his team were amazing from start to finish! John had all of the perfect recommendations and ideas of going about the specifics of my loan! I’d definitely tell anyone I know to go with John/Waterstone mortgage for assistance in getting a home loan!
It was my first time buying a house and John was great. Answered every one of my questions that popped up throughout the process. Very responsive too. If he couldn't answer a call, he'd call back normally within about 10 minutes. Everyone I worked with at Waterstone was very friendly and very helpful and the rates I got were fair.
