Probably the worst part for most patients would be Dr. Healey's absolute lack of bedside manner. He seems cold and distant. His competency seems to be okay, but he did lack the correct information about BMI--which has been widely ignored as a factor in total knee replacement. As a final note, I cannot be 100% sure, but my quadricep seemed to be damaged after the surgery--don't know if this is a common ailment.
Run away from him, as fast as possible
