Brad was incredibly helpful. He provided additional photos when requested, spoke with me on the phone until all of my questions were answered, and even picked me up at the airport (which was more than 30 minutes away from the dealership) when I flew in from out of state to receive the car following purchase. He checked up with me a few times after I drove the car home and I had an altogether positive experience from start to finish.
