Friendly staff, works hard to help you get what you want, courteous to the customer, Eland helped us with the vehicle we wanted, he talked to us the entire time we were waiting, he had us laughing. Customer service was good. I was there for 3.5 hours for a pretty basic service though.
Phil made the entire process super easy when I went in and inquired on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. He answered every answer and didn't rush me into buying. I will definitely be going back in the future!
Phil was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered most of our questions and consulted with staff management as needed to get us answers to a few questions . He was forthright and friendly !! We appreciated his ability to find the right SUV for our needs and his ability to explain without pressuring us. His enthusiasm for the Jeep Grand Cherokee l and its features was contagious!
Eland came in on his day off to help me find a car. He even put up with me when I changed my mind. Then when part of the car needed fixed, they had it done the next day. Michael even sat in my car with me to help me try and figure out what was wrong. Walked away with my dream car!
