Purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, and just a couple weeks later it had mechanical issues. The dealership stepped up and made it right, even though I received a lifetime warranty upon purchase - however details were fuzzy regarding modified vehicles (it was modified when sold to me). Thanks to everyone in the service dept and body shop for taking care of us. The staff was great!! Looking forward to tons of future MOPAR events!!
