Overall a very low stress, laid back purchase. Eland didn't push any sales, he actually recommended we build a jeep since they did not have one on the lot that I wanted. He has excellent knowledge of the product and was a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint about the whole experience was that a critical option was missed on our build - not sure how that happened, but overall we are happy with the product. Thanks.
Took all the necessary time and didn’t rush. Didn’t push the sale. Appreciated both of those aspects. Would shop here again and highly recommend.

Doing good keep up the good work fast friendly and helped with everything I needed love my wrangler but I also still need approval on repairs
Very smooth purchasing experience. They had the truck I wanted and worked with me to fit it into my budget and also gave me a very fair trade-in value. The sales staff (Eland Leigh) was very knowledgeable of the truck i was interested in and provided great information and answered/explained any questions I had. Overall it was a perfect experience and will definitely recommend John Hinderer Chrysler.

A great, easy experience from beginning to end. We started the day wishing we had a different vehicle and ended the day with exactly what we wanted. Lisa was very patient with my decision making process.
I’ll be back if Eland can find me a “built to serve” edition Ram 1500. I told him it’s a guaranteed buy if he gets one in.

Jeff was very easy to speak with and never once pressured my wife an I into making any decisions. After answering all of our pre purchase questions he walked us through the next part of the financing process. We next had to work with Taylor in financing and the process went just as Jeff said it would. Taylor was also very easy it speak with along with not pressuring us into anything. In fact, all of the numbers previously discussed were the same and the financing process was a lot easier than in years past.
Great experience! All of our questions were answered and they responded to our needs. Highly recommend.
