Bought a brand new 2021 Ram BigHorn with a 3.5" lift, aftermarket wheels and tires and some other goodies. Had a few hiccups along the way but Jeff and the rest of the group made sure to get things handled. I'm still a bit leary about using their service department but we'll see how the next visit goes. All in all I'm thrilled with the truck and hoping to deal with them again at some point since this is my hometown Ram and Jeep dealer.
Eland is a very knowledgeable salesman. He answered all of my questions and helped make my truck buying experience as good as it could be. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
Quick and friendly service I arrived a bit early for my appointment they took truck strait in had it done before my appointment time. Barely over.
Let me start at by saying I didn’t not by any means want to come here due to the reviews but I said eh maybe I’ll just see. So came into John Hinderer thinking I was NOT leaving with a new vehicle but little did I know with a little stubbornness from me and a great salesman and manager, I did! You could tell the salesman was new at the job but he still did awesome and I’d go back there!
When I started looking for a new vehicle, I had a budget in mind and knew what I wanted. Brad listened and worked to make sure I was getting everything I asked for. Great experience! If I ever need anything in the future I'll know where to go!

Quick and Painless purchase, even got more on my trade in than expected. I think I spent a total of an hour at the showroom and the deal was done. Great service it's not often a Sales Manager comes back with a lower payment than expected it was a nice surprise. I highly recommend these Guys
