Lacey and Lisa were awesome to deal with and really took an interest in helping my family. We might be back for a new special order Jeep someday if the interest rate and cost above invoice is worth the trip.
Very easy dealership to work with. I live about 3 hours from dealership, negotiated a deal that they stuck to and did everything they could to improve the deal when I got there. Good customer service. Quell any questions I have had in relevance to my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I feel that coming back 11 times for the electrical issue I have had they have been able to quell any questions and ultimately leave me at a good comfort level within myself in relevance to my SUV.
Iziah was very helpful and he was very friendly. We didn't feel pressured to buy this car unless it was around our price range. They did everything they could to make it work.
Pricing is kinda of high. Nick Roelle helped me out a lot would trust him with my vehicle anytime. We had an issue with a part but he took care of it for me and it was under warranty work
Service since the change in ownership has improved 10 fold. Competent , polite, and knowledgeable. I bought my 2014 Grand Cherokee at Tri County because i liked the vehicle depsite very so so past experience with the service/sale end. I am truly glad that has changed and when i decide to purchase agian you will be at the top of my list.
Had to take my 2018 jeep in for radio not working properly it was diagnosed quickly and professionally. Jackie George my service advisor was awesome he is very knowledgeable and professional
