The professionalism of Lacey and Gene were second to none. Their patients respect and compassion for our family made it a positive experience for all. (Our daughter's two trips to the ice cream chest with Lacey is something she is still telling everyone) Lisa was polite and funny talking with us during our down/alone time waiting for Gene and Lacey to do their work. At no time did we not feel welcome or valued by all associates. It was an overall great experience and we felt the family vibe from all.
After lots of phone calls and us trying to make a decision Craig was helpful through the whole thing. We went in thinking we were set on one vehicle and when it wasn’t all we thought we wanted he found us an even better option. Craig was easy to talk to and not pushy in making us feel totally comfortable during the whole process! Brad helped us get financed and worked hard to find us every option we had and gave us an amazing deal! Will definitely recommend Craig and will go back to them for any future car needs!
Very good experience! The salesmen was very nice and easy to talk to. He wasn't pushy at all. He knew the cars and could answer every question I asked him.
