Local dealer that I respect. Had great sales people and internet relation groups that helped organize, provide information. Convinced me on what I should purchase, which was all ruined by the sales manager that came out. No introduction. No hello. No handshake or how are you doing. It was straight to a hard sell on being the best deal I could find anywhere which was not the case.
It was frustratingly difficult to get a quote for service (transmission fluid swap) in advance over the phone. The actual service was a bit slower than expected but the waiting room was pleasant. Price was about average.

My experience at John Hinderer was smooth and very customer friendly. And the hot chocolate was amazing as well. Joe was very knowledgeable about the hybrid. Rebecca pretty much had all of my answers about the systems on the inside

The service was done on time. The technician called with some other work that needed done. We talked about the other service and settled on the most important first.
Great service & wonderful service personnel. I highly recommend them. They were great when I bought my vehicle & the servicing has been wonderful.
