They take care of you while you're waiting but do overcharge. Plus they tell you that your car will be ready "shortly" and 45 minutes later they come to get you. My interpretation of "shortly" is 5 minutes or so.

John Hinderer Honda is the best dealership I have dealt with in my lifetime of 70 years. They are honest, trustworthy, friendly, have good personal relations. They are reasonably priced in sales and service. They have a comfortable waiting area with snacks and beverages while you wait. Any questions are taken care right then. They are well deserving of a five star rating.
