great staff members, excellent service, the building and service bays are great. detailing for my car was also 10/10. would definitely recommend friends and family to check out john hinderer when looking for new cars.
Luis was very nice and called to follow-up. We understood the cost was more because of it being an Audi but he charged me about 200$ more than my original quote. We then had to return when something came loose causing a noise in tire.
I had an appointment at 2:00, done by 2:45 for oil change and tire rotation!
