Employees were all friendly but the only complaint I have is I had an appointment at 1:00 for oil change and tire rotation and my car did not get finished till 3:30. So i had to get a ride back to work and make arrangements to get dropped back to get car. I believe appointments should get priority over walk ins.
Greg did an amazing job! He was very easy to work with and customer focused!

I had an amazing experience at John Hinderer Honda. I found and got my dream car without pressure or the classic slimey salesmanship you’d expect or that I experience day before at other dealerships. Noah my salesman was so nice and I felt comfortable around him. He helped me check the car and answered all of my 1,000 questions. Luna was incredibly patient and worked slowly with my 83 yr old mother to place her in a vehicle that met all of her needs. Some she did not even know available. He worked with me from a remote location, providing details throughout the entire process to get the best pricing over several days.
