The service advisor was very nice and polite. We had bought a certified vehicle and it was making a roaring sound. I thought it might be a wheel bearing, but I was told it was cupped tires. I explained it was a certified vehicle and we just got it. I also explained the salesman told us during the test drive that this model had less sound proofing and the tires were harder rubber (reason for the sound).
