Friendly and efficient. Waiting area was vey clean and the employee working in the service center was friendly. She offered drinks and snacks to people waiting for their car to be serviced

Prompt, efficient, clean. Waited on site while regular maintenance was being completed. I was done in 45 minutes and smelled fresh baked cookies the entire time. Very nice and welcoming

We purchased the Platinum Advantage Program from you when we bought the car. I am at about 17,000 miles. I was told I needed the rear differential fluid changed and it would be $199. I declined and did some research and found that this does not need to be done for several thousand more miles. I know the code for it was there. Now my husband was just in last week with his HRV.
