Very Friendly. Accommodating. Did buy used car. Not sure completely honest about warning light. I was told it was because the didn't clear oil change code. Not true. They didn't waste my time with haggling. I would come back for future car purchases

My wife has owned 5 Civics and was looking for a Hrv because of easy to get into vs the Civic. We had purchased them from Linsey but decided to come to John Hinderer because same distance and they had stole and color we were looking for. Mason our Sales representative did a good job in keeping us informed on the vehicle and taking care of us throughout.
